Like lions fighting with quick strikes and dirty grips — these big cats do that to mark their territory, to rule the pride, or to mate. Men do that for different reasons, but more often than not they're just in it for the kick of it. One feline roars by laughing, the other doesn't (is this closer to One Sings, the Other Doesn’t or Lions Love?). The gunwale in the foreground invites us to stand on the deck and enjoy the spectacle. Male antagonism never disappoints when it comes to inexpensive thrills.
